To book our services, you have to pay 20% of the total amount in advance. Upon arrival at the apartment, the remaining 80% should be paid.


50% cash deposit (50% of the total amount) will be required upon checking in, which will be returned to you when you heck out .


At passengers’ arrival, personnel from Recoleta´s apartments will be waiting for them in the apartment that they have chosen, and the personnel will show the guests all the facilities, they will sign the contract and check the inventory, and the guests will pay the rest of the payment (the 80% mentioned before).

Upon departure, personnel from Recoleta´s apartments will go to the apartment at the arranged time, and the passengers will leave the apartment in the same conditions as they have received it, and they will receive the deposit back.
